Immunophenotypically, the tumor cells were strongly positive for CK7, CK19, CA19.9, and MUC1 (Figures 6(a)–6(d)) but were largely negative for CK20, MUC2, TTF-1, thyroglobulin, HBME, GCDFP15, mammaglobin, ER, WT1, calretinin, S-100, synaptophysin, p63, CEA, p53, SALL4, inhibin, and NSE. The gene discussed is KRT20; the disease is neoplasm.
