SPINK6 and neoplasm: Quantitation of the immunostaining results confirmed that the SPINK6 protein levels were reduced in all tumor tissues grouped as period I–II and II–III (1.40 ± 0.45 and 1.24 ± 0.47, respectively), while those in the adjacent normal tissues were relatively high (2.38 ± 0.51) (Figure 2C).
