This group reported that the LTC4S -444A > C [c.-444A > C] gene polymorphism, in conjunction with the rare c.-819T > G, c.2078C > T or c.2534A > G alleles of the CYSLTR1 gene, was associated with aspirin intolerant asthma (Park et al., 2005). This evidence concerns the gene CYSLTR1 and asthma.
