Therefore, using NRF1-EDC interacting genes identified from CTD (Table 4), we focused our efforts on AD and conducted enrichment pathway analysis, which revealed that many of the NRF1 target genes interacting with each specific EEDC and they are part of pathway of AD (Figure 4, Figure 5, Figure 6, Figure 7, Figure 8, Figure 9 and Figure 10). Here, NRF1 is linked to Alzheimer disease.
