Enriched pathway analysis revealed the top pathways associated with number of common BPA/E2/NRF1 target genes, that included: (1) Metabolism (85 genes); (2) Disease (84 genes); (3) Gene Expression (71 genes); (4) Signal Transduction (68 genes); (5) Immune System (66 genes); (6) Cell Cycle (61 genes); (7) Metabolic Pathways (58 genes); (8) Metabolism of Proteins (47 genes); (9) Developmental Biology (41 genes), and Cancer Pathways (34 genes) (Table 4).
