In this study, to determine whether Chardonnay grape seed flour (ChrSd) supplementation modulates free radical scavenging, reducing oxidative stress, inflammation, and insulin resistance during the progression of HF-induced hepatic steatosis, we evaluated insulin tolerance and analyzed global gene expression by exon microarrays in livers from DIO mice supplemented with ChrSd. This evidence concerns the gene INS and fatty liver disease.
