In order to replicate these results in RA patients from routine care, we tested whether the DAS28-CRP >5.1, high serum IgG level, auto-antibody status, and detectable serum IL-33 were associated with response to RTX in cohort 2 in which there were 73% EULAR responders among 74 patients. This evidence concerns the gene IL33 and rheumatoid arthritis.
