Thus, CamK2Ribo preparations showed enrichment of CamK2 mRNA and the CA1-specific marker Wsf1 (Wolfram syndrome 1) (Figure 1B) which is consistent with high cre-activity in the CA1 area (Figure 1A and Figure 1—figure supplement 2A) and a de-enrichment of interneuron and astrocyte markers.
