Our results are in agreement with previous studies, which demonstrate KIF20A is overexpressed at both the mRNA and protein levels in several human malignant tumors, including bladder cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, hepatocellular cancer, head and neck cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, and melanoma [14,16–17,19–21,23,28–30,34–35]. The gene discussed is KIF20A; the disease is lung cancer.
