We conducted a post-mortem analysis and found that the spleens of the B6/lpr mice were larger than those of the Nrf2−/− and WT mice at 6 months of age, and that Nrf2 deficiency dramatically aggravated the splenomegaly in B6/lpr mice (Fig. 3a). Here, NFE2L2 is linked to Splenomegaly.
