IFNG and neoplasm: In terms of the cytotoxicity of CD8+ T cells (also significantly enhanced in SHP2CD4−/− mice), the anti-IFN-γ treatment markedly reduced CD8+ T cell infiltration in the colon tissues (Figure 5D), the cytotoxicity of the isolated CD8+ T cells (Figure 5E) and tumor cell apoptosis (Supplementary Figure S8C).
