For the ALDH2 SNP, the GG, GA and AA genotypes were 56.9, 36.2 and 3.9% in control II group as compared to 67.6, 39.2 and 2.7%, respectively, in the lone AF group for ALDH2. As for ADH1B, the GG, GA and AA genotypes were 4.7, 34.7 and 60.6% in control II group, as compared to 6.6, 44.0 and 49.5%, respectively, in the lone AF group.
