Results from these analyses revealed that ALG-2 overexpression was significantly correlated with several variables associated with poor prognosis [12], such as higher pathological tumor node metastasis (pTNM) stage (Figure 1D), higher histological grade (Figure 1E), c-erb2 positivity (Figure 1F), higher incidence of lymph node metastasis (Figure 1G), and estrogen receptor positivity (Figure 1H). Here, ESR1 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
