In human gastric cancer, EZH2 promotes the activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling by down-regulating CXXC4 expression [31], and several other Wnt pathway antagonists, including NKD1, PRICKLE1, PPP2R2B, AXIN2 and SFRP5, were concordantly silenced by EZH2 in hepatocellular carcinomas [32]. This evidence concerns the gene EZH2 and gastric cancer.
