In the univariate Cox regression analysis, there was a prognostic influence of higher H19 expression (HR = 2.397, 95% CI = 1.055 - 5.442, p = 0.037), higher Node (N) phase of TNM stage (HR = 3.759, 95% CI = 1.535 - 9.203, p = 0.004), and tobacco smoking (HR = 0.405, 95% CI = 0.170 - 0.968, p = 0.042) on RFS in cervical cancer patients (Table 3).
