Since then, DNA methylation of TP53 gene or its regulatory sequences have been reported in many cancers including Ewing’s sarcoma [71], glioblastoma [72], acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) [73,74], human hepatocellular carcinoma [75], ovarian cancer [76], breast cancer [77] and also in MM [78,79]. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and ovarian cancer.
