Although the frequency of TP53 mutations in hematological malignancies is generally lower than in solid neoplasms, they have been reported in Burkitt‘s lymphomas, chronic myeloid leukemia, adult T-cell leukemia, B-cell prolymphocytic leukemia and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) [12,13,14,15].
