The immunoreactive status of patients was not associated with gender, age, Rai or Binet stage, lymphocytosis, monocyte and platelet counts, hemoglobin, β2-microglobulin or lactate dehydrogenase values, percentage of CD38+ or ZAP70+ cells, immunoglobulin heavy chain variable regions (IGHV)-mutational status, fluorescence in situ hybridization data, hypogammaglobulinemia, autoimmunity, concurrent infections or allergies. This evidence concerns the gene HLA-G and allergic disease.
