HAS2 and glioblastoma: Likewise, GBM cells were also more migratory in transwells when cocultured with tMSLCs; however, the effect of tMLSCs was diminished by transfection with small interfering RNA (siRNA) against HAS2, indicating that HAS2 is responsible for the effect of tMSLCs on migration of GBM cells (Figure 2C).
