Percentages of all the different populations analyzed were statistically different after a self-cured infection of P. yoelii 17X when comparing with non-immunized mice and mice immunized with rexC or rexPy (Figures 3A,B), indicating differences in the role and relevance of the CD4+ and CD8+ T cell subsets between natural infection and after exosome immunization. The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is infection.
