Breast, prostate, and lung carcinoma cells were first exposed to 223Ra for 96 hours, then co-cultured with CD8+ effector T cells specific for carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA; HLA-A2-restricted), mucin-1 (MUC-1; HLA-A2-restricted), and brachyury (HLA-A2/A24-restricted) epitopes. Here, CEACAM5 is linked to lung carcinoma.
