Age over 60 years, hypertension, time from symptom to PCI (≧4.8 hours), and postaspiration cTFC > 40 were independently predictive of insufficient reperfusion in STEMI patients treated with adjunctive manual aspiration thrombectomy during PCI, whereas early intracoronary GP IIb/IIIa inhibitor Tirofiban administration improved the post-PCI cTFC. This evidence concerns the gene ITGA2B and hypertensive disorder.
