This analysis revealed that the majority of Iba1 positive microglia in both control and PD brain were also TLR2-immunopositive (80 ± 25% of control microglia, 83 ± 15% of PD microglia, F = 0.007, p = 0.94) (Fig. 2h). This evidence concerns the gene TLR2 and Parkinson disease.
