MGLL and hepatocellular carcinoma: In this study, HCC cells with higher MAGL levels (HepG2-MAGL and HCCLM3-vector) exhibited a typical mesenchymal appearance which was more dispersed and presented a spindle-like morphology, while HepG2-vector and HCCLM3-shMAGL cells showed a distinct epithelial morphology which took on a clustered and cobblestone-like appearance.
