In addition, our data showed that knockdown of RPL34 by lentivirus-mediated siRNA in human OS Saos-2 cells resulted in a significant inhibition of proliferation, an increase of apoptosis and G2/M phase arrest, part of which is in conformity with the research results in human gastric cancer and NSCLC.
