GNA13 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Our results revealed that high expression of GNA13 could be a prognostic factor for HCC patients with tumor size >5 cm (OS: P = 0.005, Fig. 4C; DFS: P = 0.002, Fig. 4D), TNM stage III/IV (OS: P = 0.016, Fig. 4E; DFS: P = 0.020, Fig. 4F), and pathological grade III/IV (OS: P = 0.038, Fig. 4G; DFS:P = 0.008, Fig. 4H).
