CHD2 and breast cancer: Firstly, in the TCGA dataset, the expression of the SIX5 and CHD2 were found to be significantly different (p-values 0.00000071, 0.0016 respectively, based on the Kruskal-Wallis test (Supplementary Figs S2 and S3) among patients of different BC subtypes including normal like, Luminal A, Luminal B, Her2 positive, and triple negative BC (TNBC), which vary in their aggressiveness.
