TP53 and Treacher-Collins syndrome: At the single‐gene level, the most frequently altered genes were MEN1 in carcinoids (10/88; 11.4%), particularly in ACs (20%; p = 0.022), and TP53 in carcinomas (TCs, 9.4%; ACs, 11.4%; LCNECs, 67.0%; SCLCs, 63.6%; p = 5.4E‐10).
