IL10 and inflammatory bowel disease: We found that the IBD “−” strains, L. johnsonii 151 and L. reuteri 130, induced significantly higher levels of IL-10 than strains isolated from mice with IBD (L. johnsonii 142, L. animalis/murinus 148 and 116, and L. reuteri 115) both in murine BM-DC and human Mo-DC.
