In cohort II, Kaplan-Meier analysis and log-rank test revealed that breast cancer patients with high ANLN NF had a significantly shorter OS (p < 0.001), BCSS (p < 0.001) and RFS (p < 0.001) than patients with a low ANLN NF (Fig. 3d-f). This evidence concerns the gene NFASC and breast carcinoma.
