Pathologically, CD47 is highly expressed on many kinds of hematopoietic tumors, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), chronic myeloid leukemia(CML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), multiple myeloma (MM) [19–22], and solid tumors from ovarian, breast, colon, and the like [23–25]. This evidence concerns the gene CD47 and chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
