Additionally, the ratio of CD169+ macrophages relative to total macrophage numbers, as represented by CD68+ cells, was significantly higher in samples without LN metastasis (72.3, range = 0.94–143.36) than in those with LN metastasis (51.95, range = 0.4–112.93) (p<0.0001) (Table 1, Fig 2A).
