TP53 and pulmonary arterial hypertension: Of the many pathways enriched by the individual PAHs, eight biological pathways and processes, which were significantly enriched in at least one individual PAH-treated group, were identified as being relevant to PAH-induced carcinogenesis (i.e., AHR Signaling, Angiogenesis Signaling, Apoptosis Signaling, B Cell Receptor Signaling, Cell Cycle Signaling, Circadian Rhythm Signaling, P53 Signaling, and Xenobiotic Metabolism Signaling pathways).
