CD274 and acute myeloid leukemia: We further performed a secondary transplantation with 4000 WT and CD274-null AML cells from primary recipients and found that the percentage of CD274-null YFP+ leukemia cells in the peripheral blood was notably reduced compared to that in the WT ones (42.03 ± 2.15 vs 16.02 ± 1.79, Fig. 1g, h) three weeks after transplantation.
