ALB and coronary artery disorder: Compared to patients with serum OPG concentrations in the lowest quartile, patients with higher serum OPG concentrations were older; had a higher prevalence of diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, cerebral vascular accident, and peripheral artery disease; had higher AAC score, inorganic phosphate, total alkaline phosphatase, iPTH, and UACR; and lower total calcium, serum albumin levels, and baseline eGFR.
