HLA-A and neoplasm: A selective lower HLA-A expression was more frequently observed than HLA-B/C, with 11% (n = 9) of the tumours that did not or weakly expressed HLA-A and 70% (n = 57) displayed a heterogeneous expression versus 4% (n = 3) and 30% (n = 24), respectively, for HLA-B/C (Fig. 1d and Supplementary Table 1).
