Nearly half of all Aβ plaques in preclinical AD contained ROCK1 immunoreactivity, with significantly higher numbers of ROCK1-immunopositive Aβ plaques found in AD patients (Figure 1K, Wilks’ Lambda p = 0.03 covarying for age and brain size, post hoc Bonferroni p = 0.003 for AD diagnosis).
