T cells from SLE patients expressed comparable CD11b (17.9 ± 1.5% versus 16.1 ± 1.9%, p = 0.528), CD54 (2.4 ± 0.4% versus 3.3 ± 0.6%, p = 0.151), and CD62L (65.7 ± 3.1% versus 59.0 ± 3.1%, p = 0.193) compared to controls. The gene discussed is ICAM1; the disease is systemic lupus erythematosus.
