IL-15 resulted in an increase of CD11b expression (20.7 ± 1.7% versus 17.9 ± 1.5%, p = 0.003) and a decrease of CD62L MFI (7205.7 ± 904.7 versus 10767.9 ± 1424.9, p < 0.001) on T cells from SLE patients. This evidence concerns the gene IL15 and systemic lupus erythematosus.
