Six months after radiotherapy, ACTH, serum cortisol, and 24h-UFC levels decreased to 341.0 pg/mL, 12.95 μg/dL, and 73.60 μg, respectively (Figure 5), and the patient's Cushing syndrome, but not his visual impairment and diplopia, improved significantly.
