CCND1 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Moreover, AZ191, a selective inhibitor of DYRK1B11, reversed Cyclin D1 turnover induced by BafA1 in both BEL7402 and HepG2 cells (Fig. 2E), suggesting that a role for DYRK1B in BafA1-triggered turnover of Cyclin D1 in HCC cells.
