Pathway analysis was performed using the KEGG (Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes) analysis, and the results showed that molecules in cell cycle (SKP1, CDKN1B, MCM7, CCNH), leukocyte transendothelial migration (PXN, OCLN, PTPN11, PECAM1), chronic myeloid leukemia (PTPN11, CRKL, CDKN1B), adipocytokine signaling pathway (PTPN11, STAT3, MAPK9), and Jak-STAT signaling pathway (STAT3, PTPN11, PTPN6, CNTFR) were mostly significantly perturbed (Figure 1E). Here, MAPK9 is linked to myeloid leukemia.
