A meta-analysis of clinical trials revealed that crizotinib was associated with a promising overall response rate (ORR: 61.2%, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 57.4–64.8%) and progression-free survival (PFS: 8.6 months [95% CI, 7.3–9.9 months]) in patients with locally advanced or metastatic ALK-positive NSCLC [9].
