The overall OR between MGMT methylation and gender in cancer was substantially changed based on omission of Hong 2005 et al. ([43], Korea), with a change from 0.76 (95% CI = 0.56–1.03) to 0.93 (95% CI = 0.75–1.15) and no heterogeneity (P = 0.704). This evidence concerns the gene MGMT and cancer.
