Logistic regression analysis revealed that age, PSA, PSAD, serum monocyte fraction, MLR, and CRP level were predictors of high Gleason score prostate cancer, whereas the WBC count, other fractions of WBCs (neutrophils, lymphocytes, basophils, and eosinophils), and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) were not (Table 3).
