Age, PSA, PSAD, monocyte fraction, basophil fraction, and MLR were significantly higher (p < 0.05), whereas prostate volume, serum WBC count, and serum neutrophil fraction were significantly lower (p < 0.01) in the men in whom high Gleason score prostate cancer was found than in those with negative biopsy and in those in whom low Gleason score prostate cancer was found. This evidence concerns the gene KLK3 and prostate cancer.
