KLK3 and prostate carcinoma: Age, PSA, PSAD, monocyte fraction, and MLR were significantly higher (p < 0.01), CRP was not significantly higher (p = 0.146), and prostate volume was significantly lower (p < 0.01) in the men in whom high Gleason score prostate cancer was found than in those with negative biopsy and in those in whom low Gleason score prostate cancer was found.
