Ambry Genetics' BreastNext Cancer panel analyzes 17 genes (ATM, BARD1, BRCA1, BRCA2, BRIP1, CDH1, CHEK2, MRE11A, MUTYH, NBN, NF1, PALB2, PTEN, RAD50, RAD51C, RAD51D, and TP53) by massively parallel sequencing of all coding exons and a minimum of 5 base pairs into the flanking 5′ and 3′ ends of all introns and untranslated regions. Here, TP53 is linked to cancer.
