CSTB and Myoclonus: The observation of a significant relationship between the frequency of the beta-CMC peak and the severity of myoclonus on both upper and lower limb (impairing motor ability and autonomous walk), independently from the disease duration, may also suggest that the coupling between significantly high CMC, low-beta peak frequency and functional movement impairment can represent a useful marker for the neurophysiological evaluation and follow-up of EPM1 patients during pharmacological or rehabilitative treatments.
