Although this issue was not directly addressed in the Delphi questionnaire, the participants agreed with lanreotide, and disagreed with octreotide, being the SSA of choice in the treatment of patients with NET of pancreatic origin and Ki67 > 2 % and <10 % (so far, lanreotide is the only SSA with proven efficacy in pancreatic NETs [12]). Here, MKI67 is linked to pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor.
