Our findings demonstrated that the mRNA and protein levels of IL-6, IL-8 and VEGF were positively correlated with those of IL-17 mRNA and protein, respectively (Fig. 3A,B), indicating that IL-17 may induce angiogenesis by regulating the production of angiogenic factors IL-6, IL-8, and VEGF expression in human lung adenocarcinoma. This evidence concerns the gene VEGFA and lung adenocarcinoma.
