In contrast to FO B2 cells from the spleen of WD-fed mice, the expressions of CCAAT/enhancer binding protein, beta (Cebpb) and NF-kappa-B inhibitor beta (Nfkbib), which are negative regulators of TLR signaling, were induced in WD-AT mice, whereas the expressions of the inflammation-activated related genes Hspa1a and Ptgs2 were dramatically reduced (Table 1).
