The qRT-PCR results showed that LPAR1, LPAR2, and LPAR3 were positive in 75.00 %, 12.50 %, and 6.25 % in the 15 of the normal ovarian specimens, respectively; and 69.23 %, 42.31 %, 17.31 % in the 52 of the ovarian cancer specimens, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene LPAR1 and ovarian cancer.
