The endogenous BAG5–mutp53 interaction was also observed in human breast cancer cell lines SK-BR-3, MDA-MB-468, which contain a single copy of p53 gene with R175H and R273H mutation, respectively, and human colorectal cancer cell lines HT-29, SW480, which contain a single copy of p53 gene with R273H mutation (Figure 1c). This evidence concerns the gene BAG5 and breast carcinoma.
