MAP2K4 and cancer: Among these candidates, six genes (DKK3 (Dickkopf-related protein 3), DCAF6 (DDB1 and CUL4 associated factor 6), FBXW7 (F-box and WD repeat domain containing 7), FBXO11 (F-box protein 11), MYO1B (myosin IB), and MAP2K4 (mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 4)) were involved in the suppression of cancer metastasis.
